Manage apps

On the Manage - Apps page, you can access the following functionalities:

  • View a comprehensive list of all the applications associated with your account

  • Create a new application

  • Disable or delete an existing application

  • Modify the plan for an application

  • Apply a coupon to an application.

To initiate the creation of a new application, please click on the + NEW APP... button located in the upper right corner of the list screen, enter the name of the application and choose the desired app platforms from the pop-up window, then click CREATE button.

Be advised that there is a selection option available for Is Gamification Enabled?, which controls whether the Gamification (Achievements, Milestones, Quests, Statistics Events, XP Levels) section will be displayed in your design menu.

To access the actions for an application, click on the vertical ellipses symbol located at the end of the list row.

To upgrade an application, you can click the GO LIVE! button or Change Plan option from the actions menu.

Be advised that in order to make changes to the plan for an application, it is necessary to first set up the Billing Information for your team account on the Setup - Team Info page. Failure to do so will result in the Change Plan option not being visible in the actions menu.

Also, to delete an application, you should disable the application first, then select the Delete option from the actions menu.
