global entities are normally used to store app level data

This page is used to set the types of global un-owned system entities for migrating during deployments across apps.

This makes Global Entities very useful for managing reference data such as level data, etc. to mark a global entity type for migration - add it to this list here. This process eliminates the need to export and import global entities between different applications.

To add a global entity type to the migration list, simply click the [Create...] button, then fill in the Entity Type to the input field of the pop-up, click [Create]

Note: if you don't want the listed types of global entities of this app to be migrated during app deployment, simply enable the [ Do not migrate global entities] option from the Design | Admin Tools | Deployment page.
