This page presents a comprehensive list of all user entities associated with a selected user in your current application. Through this page, you can
View the list of all the user entities with a type filter and sorted by various fields
View/Edit the details of each user entity
Create a new user entity
Delete the user entity individually
Export user entities for the current selected user
Click the drop-down menu beside the [Filter by Type] label to filter the list of displayed entities based on the selected type. Alternatively, you may choose Show All Types to view all entities. By default, the entities are listed in descending order according to their creation time. The entities may be reorganized based on the column headings that were clicked.
Click an individual entity row from the list to View, or Edit it.
On the user entities list page, you can create a new entity by selecting the [Create] button located in the upper right corner of the list screen.
You will see the Create Global Entity window pop up.
Complete all required fields on the Meta tab for your global entity.
Entity Type - Categorize your global entity with a new or existing type.
Owner ID - This has been set up as the currently selected user profile ID by default.
ACL - Set the access control level for this entity.
Next, navigate to the Data tab and record the desired data to be stored in this entity using JSON format.
You can also export the whole entities from the entities list page by selecting the [Export] button. A .json file will be downloaded onto your local device, and its structure resembles the following:
