From the User Monitoring - Milestones and Quests page, you can achieve the functionalities as follows:
View the list of the status of the milestones and quests that the currently selected user situated, and sorted list by various fields
View the details of each milestone
Switch to quest design page
Clear and Recalculate user's status of quests and milestones

The following screen will be seen when browsing to Monitoring | User Monitoring | Milestones and Quests page, which will display the list of the status of the milestones and quests that the selected user situated.
Click the Details column of each entry will open this milestone with the details of thresholds and rewards.
To refresh the user status when the user status is changing, you can just click the [Clear and Recalculate] button on the upper-left corner of the list. It will refresh and update the status of the list quests and milestones of the currently selected user.
